Yogilates
Yogilatez blends the best of Yoga and Pilates. The optimal combination of Yoga generates awareness, endurance, flexibility and versatility while Pilates creates core strength, precise alignment, and muscular coordination throughout the range of motion.
Cardio Aerobics
It is back to the basics with this combination of floor aerobics, steps and toning exercise. It is easy to follow and maximizes your calories burning potential. Good for those who want their weekly cardio exercises to stay in top condition.
Latinorobics
This form of exercise combines adrenaline-pumping aerobics exercise with the sizzling music and movements of Latin dances such as Salsa, Cambia, Mambo, Meringue and more! It elevates your energy, reduces stress and lets you say "adios" to predictable routines of boring workouts!
Body Scrupting
Think you need an overall body workout? This is the answer! Body sculpting aims
to produced noticeable results in the area of shape, toning, conditioning, endurance
and weight loss. It involves the use of light weights for toning.
Kickboxing
Want to kick around for health or maybe vent your anger at the end of the day. This
activity combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide overall
physical conditioning and toning.
Hip hop
Dance and bounce to the rhythmic beat of hip hop music as you let your body do the talking in this Hip Hop Fit class. This is a class specially started for hip hop wannabes or beginners waiting to get their bodies grooving to the music. Experience funky street moves choreographed by our instructor while working out at the same time! After all, it is worthwhile sweating it out while having fun!
